Ingredients:
1 cup bamboo shoots, minced
1 can black beans, drained and mashed
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten (or flax egg for vegan option)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Burger buns and toppings of choice
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine bamboo shoots, mashed beans, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry patties until golden on both sides.
Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
